    Hervé Di Rosa's vivid, irreverent murals run through this contemporary hotel on the Garonne, where the quays have swapped warehouse grit for wine bars and late nights. The 89 rooms are bright and clean-lined, some facing the river. The real draw is the sixth-floor rooftop, a leafy spot for a sunset cocktail with the Garonne spreading out below, surrounded by a neighborhood that hasn't quite finished deciding what it wants to be.
