    The 15th is the kind of arrondissement that Parisians live in but tourists skip, which is precisely why the nightly rates here don't sting. Hôtel Clarisse is a boutique hotel with an industrial-salvage aesthetic that reads more London than Paris, navy-and-white rooms with mosaic tile bathrooms, and easy access to Parc Georges-Brassens. Triple and quad rooms make it genuinely practical for families or groups who'd rather not book two of everything.
