    A 21-room luxury boutique hotel tucked beside the Basilica of St Martin d'Ainay, where local design studio Maison Hand has layered vintage pieces and modern furniture through rooms that feel considered rather than corporate. The breakfast leans rich and decadent, and there's a proper bistronomy restaurant on site, which is more than most hotels this size bother with. Small enough to feel like a find, old enough to have something to say.
