Textured concrete walls and dusky artworks inside a Haussmann facade: the interior, designed by Raphael Navot, takes its cue from the famous engineering college down the street, which is a more interesting inspiration than most boutique hotels manage. Rooms run from terrazzo bathrooms and Nespresso machines up to a penthouse with a private terrace. A trattoria, a cocktail bar, and a rooftop bar keep the Montorgueil locals coming through the lobby.
