Tucked into a courtyard off a street full of Chinese restaurants in the Marais, Andy Wahloo mixes graffiti, Pierre et Gilles kitsch, and geometric tiles under a French electro-house soundtrack. The crowd dresses accordingly. It's a bar that commits fully to its own absurd logic, and somehow it works.
