1. A boutique hotel near the harbor that feels more like staying at a very stylish friend's place than checking into a room. Sanders does 54 rooms, all done in warm earthy tones with enough greenery that you half expect a parrot. The kitchen serves solid Scandinavian classics, the bathrooms are stocked with good stuff, and they'll hand you a bike if you want to wander. It's relaxed, it's considered, and it never tries too hard.
