    Floor-to-ceiling windows frame the green folds of the Black Forest from rooms done in whites and natural woods, with a balcony or terrace on every one. This is a sprawling country resort with nine spa treatment rooms, three pools, a sauna, and enough yoga, hiking, and cross-country skiing to keep a restless person occupied for days. Five restaurants handle the eating. The Michelin Guide awarded it three Keys.
