This is a fine dining Italian restaurant inside the Bulgari Resort, holding two Michelin stars, where the team flies much of its produce in from Italy and the pasta and fish dishes carry that weight quietly. The room is sleek and intimate, the staff warmly Italian, and the tasting menu is the way to go.
