    A small plates spot tucked into an old fishermen's building at Jumeirah Fishing Harbour, 3Fils does contemporary Japanese with a loose pan-Asian hand and a pared-back room that makes no attempt to impress you with its décor. The waterside terrace is where everyone wants to be, and the queue to get there is a known quantity. A Michelin Bib Gourmand and a spot on MENA's 50 Best list keep the wait honest.
