    Tucked above a working shipyard with marina views, Il Tino is a Michelin-starred seafood restaurant where aromatic herbs do quietly serious work. The chef has an almost botanical command of them, including varieties most cooks have never heard of, and they show up threading through creative Mediterranean plates. You can order à la carte or choose between two tasting menus, one charting signature dishes by vintage, the other running his newest ideas.
