    The central pavilion rises like a Buddhist temple, which is more or less the point: this beachfront resort on Kamala Beach is making a deliberate argument about what Thai paradise looks like, and it commits hard. Rooms pull back toward the classic and let the Andaman Sea do the work. Beyond that: a Thai spa, several restaurants, a generous pool, and the sand a short walk from all of it. Michelin awarded it 2 Keys.
