Named for the Billy Wilder film, this French restaurant on Potsdamer Straße wraps you in warm golden light and the feeling that somewhere, a phonograph is playing. The room has the ease of a Parisian bistro that's been at it forever, and the cooking follows suit: classic French technique with a few modern detours. The wine list leans heavily French, and the staff actually know it. It holds a Michelin star.
