Warm textiles, worn brick, and leather do more here than a minimalist palette ever could. This boutique hotel plays hard into Scandinavian hygge, which is not what you'd necessarily expect, but here we are, very happily. The in-house restaurant, Sæson, runs nearly all organic with a locally sourced menu and a Sunday brunch that regulars plan around. The Potsdamer Strasse neighborhood rewards a walk, and the hotel loans bikes when your ambitions stretch further.
