The open kitchen sits behind what used to be a butcher's counter, which tells you everything about the vibe at this cozy farm-to-table spot in Boechout. The menu runs four or five dishes, built around what's good and nearby, cooked in a way that's rustic without being precious. The room has that gentrified-workshop feel, and the front-of-house charm keeps things loose and warm. A short menu, a sharp kitchen, nothing to argue with.
