A former art college turned boutique hotel in Saint-Gilles, JAM leans hard into the brutalist bones of its 1970s building, which the younger end of Brussels has decided is exactly the right aesthetic. Rooms run from dorms and singles to private six-person suites, all plywood built-ins and colorful vintage finds. The public spaces are the draw: a Japanese bathhouse with ten private tubs, a rooftop plunge pool, and a bar where locals outnumber the guests.
