A fine dining room inside a resort hotel, set within a bamboo grove and built around the idea that Jiangnan cuisine carries an emotional charge, not just a flavor profile. The kitchen works with seasonal regional ingredients and traditional techniques, nudging them just far enough that the food feels familiar and slightly surprising at once. Thirteen private suites handle the banquet crowd. It holds two Michelin stars.
