Inside, projections shift across the walls while a tasting menu works through dishes shaped by the chef's time at Ynyshir and The Fat Duck, plus a lot of miles logged abroad. Creative and unapologetically theatrical, it's the kind of place that wants you to surrender to it, and the service is relaxed enough that you probably will.
