A dark granite counter and a handful of tables in a Winter Park strip mall, and the smell hits you before you sit down. This is a compact noodle shop where the crew works in plain view and the menu stays deliberately short: stir-fried noodles, spicy Korean-style chicken wings, and a tonkotsu shio ramen built on slow-simmered pork bone broth. The Michelin Guide has taken notice, which the no-frills room does nothing to suggest.
