Counter seats put you close enough to watch the kitchen work through each composed course. The chef holds a Michelin star, and Kenzo Estate's own Napa wines are poured alongside a sake list. Seasonal and unhurried, the sort of dinner that takes an entire evening, which turns out to be exactly the right amount of time.
