Sultanahmet is tourist-menu country, laminated photos and all, and Khorasani sits right in the thick of it without apologizing. What separates it is the grill, where meat goes over the coals to order and the kebabs arrive with lamb that earns its reputation, crisp vegetables, and pita that makes everything else feel like an afterthought. A straightforward grill house with no ambitions beyond cooking the thing properly.
