    A dessert trolley rolling through a minimalist Apgujeong dining room is not something you see every day, and at KwonSookSoo it lands as a genuinely graceful full stop. This two Michelin starred Korean fine dining room serves a set progression of small, precise bites with traditional spirits, then a main course in the old single-table doksang style. Natural light keeps the mood from tipping into ceremony, though the room is clearly built for occasions worth remembering.
