The bar offshoot of La Tasquería holds down the original Duque de Sesto address as a loose, informal tapas spot where offal gets equal billing with croquettes and gildas. Tripe, trotter, and snout sit comfortably alongside prawns with garlic and quail eggs, which is either very Madrid or very brave depending on your upbringing. The small open kitchen faces the dining room, the menu is casual, and the Michelin Guide has given it a Bib Gourmand.
