    The terrace view over Lake Maggiore in warmer months alone explains why tables here are hard to come by. This is a two-Michelin-star fine dining restaurant where the chef's sauces, deep and precisely built, tend to be what people are still talking about on the drive home. Two tasting menus run from five to eight courses: one plant-based, one built around fish and meat, both shaped by the chef's restless, well-traveled palate.
