A fourth-floor French restaurant in Azabu-Juban where the chef trained under Pierre Gagnaire and carried the avant-garde instincts home with him, which is rather the point: the name translates to "comfortable house," and the cooking follows the logic, pairing seafood with meat and fruit with vegetables in combinations that feel less like rule-breaking and more like someone rearranging furniture until the room finally makes sense.
