Asian Fusion Peruvian
A Peruvian-Japanese fusion restaurant inside Zermatt's Schweizerhof hotel, open only on winter evenings, which already tells you something about the clientele. The menu runs through raw fish, gyoza, and warm plates, with an omakase option of four or six courses if you'd rather let the kitchen decide. The room is contemporary and calm, the service warm, and the name comes from an Andean herb said to ward off altitude sickness, which is either charming or practical depending on your afternoon on the slopes.
