The cocktail menu here is inspired by former guests, which means Picasso and Brigitte Bardot are, in a sense, still running the bar. This small, discreet hotel sits tucked into the old ramparts of Saint-Tropez with just 21 rooms, most dressed in low-key classical style, the best ones opening onto sea-view terraces. Fabrizio Casiraghi's renovation brought back the quiet glamour without turning the place into a museum.
