    One street off the Champs-Élysées and practically next door to the Élysée Palace, this boutique hotel occupies a stately Haussmannian building with interiors by Jacques Garcia at his most refined. Suites outnumber rooms by design, each scaled and furnished closer to a private residence than a hotel room, with butler service to match. It holds a Forbes Five Star and three Michelin Keys. The wine cellar runs to over a thousand labels, which the name quietly hints at.
