Behind a deep-blue façade near the center of Brest, this small contemporary bistro keeps things refreshingly unshowy. The local chef trained in the city and stayed, which tells you something about the food: traditional French cooking done with a clear head, good ingredients, and no detours through nostalgia. Lunch runs to a tight, sensible set menu; evenings stretch a little further.
