    A French bistro inside Riezlern's casino building, where tiled stoves and wood-panelled ceilings share wall space with limited-edition art prints. The chef, known from a well-regarded kitchen elsewhere in the Kleinwalsertal, cooks classic French with the kind of quiet confidence that doesn't need to announce itself. The room is warm and unhurried, the service attentive without hovering, and the terrace is there if the mountains are doing something worth watching.
