Floor-to-ceiling windows frame the Kleinwalsertal peaks, which does a lot of heavy lifting before the food even arrives. This is the fine dining room of the A-ROSA Ifen Hotel, holding a Michelin star under two chefs who share the kitchen and a clear preference for regional ingredients without being confined by them.
