The cooking is rooted in the season, the sauces are serious, and the whole thing leans into a kind of confident simplicity that fine dining often promises and rarely delivers. The room is elegant without being stiff, and the mood follows the chef's lead: warm, unstuffy, and genuinely pleased to have you there.
