    A narrow historical side street near Le Castillet holds this small modern restaurant, where a young couple run the room with a patio shaded against the southern heat. The cooking is seasonal and precise without being fussy, the kind of thing that makes asparagus feel like news again. A short list of regional wines by the glass rounds things out, and the Michelin Guide awarded it a Bib Gourmand.
