    A 19th-century mansion a mile from the Arc de Triomphe, Le 5 Particulier is a boutique hotel that wears its country-house calm without apology. Rooms are handsome and quietly minimal, the cocktail bar leans a little more dressed up, and the leafy courtyard garden is the kind of luxury that central Paris can only read about. Neuilly-sur-Seine is just far enough west that the city's noise doesn't quite follow you here.
