An 18th-century townhouse in Bordeaux's city center, dressed up in a way that would have raised eyebrows here not long ago. This boutique hotel keeps the bones of the old house intact in the common areas, then pivots hard in the bedrooms toward a stripped-back minimalism softened by a few well-chosen antiques. The wine bar is obligatory in this city, and they know it. No restaurant, but this is Bordeaux, so that's not really a problem.
