A Michelin-starred restaurant inside a stone building in the village of Sauternes, where the terrace looks out over vineyards and a château and the wine list comes straight from the estate. The chef trained with Éric Frechon in Paris, and the modern French cooking carries that lineage without leaning on it. Service is attentive without hovering, the room is relaxed without being casual, and the desserts have their own moment.
