Part of the Experimental group, it occupies a 1930s private garage above Miramar Beach, and the industrial bones are still there beneath the terrazzo floors, Art Deco curves, and handwoven Ghanaian lights. The surf-friendly crowd arrives with boards; the building looks like it always expected them.
