Le Nez
French
A French restaurant on the second floor of Shinsaibashi that takes its name literally: aromas lead the meal, from the first scent of charcoal smoke off the grill to the fragrance of whatever is in season. The kitchen leans on ingredients from Wakayama prefecture, where the chef grew up, and the menu shifts around them. Quiet and personal in the way that second-floor rooms in Osaka tend to be.
