    The view over Renécros Bay does a lot of work here, and the kitchen is happy to keep pace with it. Set inside a thalassotherapy hotel in Bandol, this Michelin-starred restaurant runs dinner on multi-course menus built around Provençal produce and seafood, with the chef's partner handling desserts. The fish and shellfish tend to lead; the sunset, framed through the windows, closes the meal whether you ordered it or not.
