Les Salons is a fine-dining restaurant set inside an old castle, with Belle Époque murals across three historic rooms and a terrace looking out over immaculate gardens. The kitchen leans into French tradition, leaning on proper sauces and careful technique, while keeping the cooking light enough that you notice the finesse.
