This is a neighborhood bistro run by two brothers from the Basque Country, one cooking a rotating menu of southwest French flavors with a modern edge, the other steering the room and the wine list with obvious confidence. The menu shifts daily, so the regulars rarely know what's coming, which seems to suit everyone just fine.
