Limantour has been pulling serious drinkers to Roma Norte for years, and the downstairs bar fills fast with a crowd that has opinions about mezcal. Cocktails lean into regional Mexican flavors without making a big announcement about it. The 50 Best Bars list has been a regular stop for them, which tracks.
