    An open-air farm-to-table restaurant just outside San José del Cabo, where the menu is organized not by courses but by garden, sea, roots, and live fire. The kitchen leans hard on local ingredients, and the bread alone, blue corn and whole wheat grilled over flame, signals the intent. The laidback garden setting makes it easy to order one more thing, which is probably the point.
