Sicilian
A Michelin-starred restaurant set inside a small 16th-century tower at the edge of Bagheria's historic centre, a town the Palermo aristocracy once lined with baroque villas. Dinner begins on a terrace lounge with a run of appetisers before you move inside to two elegant, contemporary floors. The kitchen leans on local Sicilian ingredients, then takes them somewhere personal and technically precise. The name is a nod to lemon, which grows everywhere here and shows up in the cooking accordingly.
