    In Kitsilano, Jonathan Lee pairs Cantonese dim sum with local craft beer in a room built partly from recycled chopsticks—a collision of tradition and sustainability that somehow works. The sticky rice, studded with pork, chicken and goji berries, anchors a menu that ranges from ha gow to corn-and-cilantro dumplings, all steaming and fresh. Here, beer isn't an afterthought but the whole point.
