Llama Inn - Madrid
Peruvian
A casual Peruvian restaurant modeled on the Brooklyn original, which itself named itself after the Andean animal, so there's a lineage worth knowing. The menu leans into sharing plates, with ceviche and yakimeshi sitting alongside a sautéed beef and duck jerky rice dish the kitchen calls the "fiesta final." A "Trust The Chef" tasting menu runs the whole table through the same ride. The vibe is relaxed enough that nobody's overdressed.
