The kitchen here is fully open and takes up more of the room than feels strictly polite, which turns out to be the point. Loco is a one-Michelin-star tasting menu restaurant where Alexandre Silva runs a single 16-course surprise menu rooted in Portuguese tradition and a zero-waste micro-seasons philosophy. The drinks list skews toward organic wines from small producers, house-fermented juices, and craft beers, most made on site.
