This College Street bar leans into the greasy-spoon aesthetic while the kitchen sends out cod with Osetra caviar and the bartenders fold Szechuan peppercorn into a White Negroni. Cold beers are always an option, of course. Regulars fill the stools early and stay a while, which tracks for a place that ranked on Canada's 100 Best Bars.
