    A table by the window looks straight at the Brandenburg Gate, which is either the most Berlin thing imaginable or a mild distraction from the food, depending on your priorities. This is a fine dining room on the first floor of the Hotel Adlon Kempinski, where Jonas Zörner's creative, French-rooted cooking sits in deliberate tension with the gilded, old-world surroundings. It holds a Michelin star. The sommelier and maître d' run the floor like they were born to it.
