    Ten rooms on the top floor of a storied colonial building in the UNESCO heart of San Miguel de Allende, with the rest of the space given over to shops, galleries, and bars. The common rooms do the heavy lifting: a grand entry that doubles as a gallery bar, a living room flooding with courtyard light, and a rooftop orchard that supplies breakfast. The Michelin Guide awarded it one Key.
