A Michelin-starred fine dining room near the Machines de l'Île, where the chef trained under Michel Troisgros before bringing that pedigree back to Nantes. The kitchen runs on whatever came in from the nearby fish markets at La Turballe and Le Croisic, so the menu is a surprise until you sit down, which is either thrilling or mildly anxiety-inducing depending on your relationship with control. The room is contemporary and comfortable enough to soften the blow either way.
